Do you have any advice for future NSHS students to earn an award like you did?: The piece of advice I would give to any future NSHS student who would like to earn the valedictorian award would be to turn your work in a day before its due (to avoid procrastination), plan your week out (listing all assignments), keep a balance between school and social life, don’t compare yourself to your peer’s successes (we all work at our own paste, don’t feel insecure if your peers are ahead of you in anything) and, most importantly, don’t be hard on yourself! Everyone deserves breaks and time off, your mental state and health are everything.
Additional comments?: I loved learning through NSHS! I had great experiences and learned so much throughout my two years here.
