Nevada State High School Celebrates National School Choice Week
We are extremely student-centric at Nevada State High School. Helping students is simply in our DNA. We want what is best for every student – even if that means not attending Nevada State High School. We do our due diligence to make sure every student coming into our program has a full understanding of the work it will take to become college-ready to ensure we are the best fit for them.
Need help choosing the right school for you or your child? Dr. John Hawk provides his advice on how to choose here.
National School Choice Week (NSCW) is also all about helping students. In fact, NSCW is the world’s largest celebration of opportunity in education, bringing awareness to and shining a spotlight on effective education options for children. Â
This year, NSHS celebrates NSCW by attending the NSCW Fair in both Las Vegas and Reno.Â
The Las Vegas NSCW Fair will be held at UNLV on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 10am-2pm, and the Reno NSCW Fair will be held at the Whitney Peak Hotel on February 1st, 2020 from 11am-2pm.
Come to the fairs and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to learn more about our program as we will be highlighting why NSHS could be your next great choice all week long.
