Registration for Fall 2010

Nevada State High School registration for the 2009-2010 school year has ended. Current 10th and 11th graders interested in the school will be able to register starting February 1st.

Both the student AND parent/guardian need to be present when submitting the registration form and following documents to the NSHS office including:

A signed/completed/TYPED copy of the NSHS Registration Form;
A signed/completed copy of the NSHS Health Form; (CLICK HERE)
A copy of updated immunization records;
A copy of birth certificate
*A copy of official high school transcript with current semester grades posted;
*A copy of ALL Nevada High School Proficiency scores
*An official transcript will hold a student spot at the school until the end of the current semester. Students must request an official transcript from their current school. A transcript is official only when it is STAMPED and SIGNED by the registrar.

Once you have gathered the appropriate documents and filled out and printed the registration form, please bring them to our administration office located at: 303 S. Water Street, Suite 120 Henderson, NV 89015. The registration office is located on the street side (Water Street) of our building. Hours for registration are Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.and Fridays 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
